Payment can be made the following ways:
For our customers in the Netherlands:
The books as ordered shall standard be shipped with an Invoice and "Acceptgiro". Payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date.
For our Foreign Customers:
- In the case that you have chosen the option to pay by Visa or MasterCard, the procedure is as follows.
As soon as the order is ready to be shipped we will send you an e-mail in which you will find a link which leads you to the page where you can settle the payment yourself, we do not acquire any details of your card whatsoever, the payment will be handled by our Payment Service Provider Ogone and is verisigned by both MasterCard and Visa.
- Payments by American Express and Diners Club are accepted as well. But in that case we request you to provide the details either by Fax (preferable) +31-(0)20-4491001 or by telephone +31-(0)20-6597270. We need the following details:
- Type
- Card number
- Expiration date of the credit card.
- Security code, this code can be found on the backside of your credit card and concerns the 3 most right figures of the number that has been printed on the strip with your signature.
We shall request for an authorisation and after this has been settles than we will send you the order and destroy the details of your card
