Als je er te lang achter elkaar uit speelt word je er nogal moe van want het is erg saai, maar wel heel goed voor je vingers.

I think it's a very good book for people who want to improve their technical skills. It's good for me because I do play scales oneven. When you want to play scales or fast notes I think this book is good for you.
