Echt een heel leuk en duidelijk "studieboek" voor de beginnende cellist. Er staan hele bekende liedjes in en het boek is ingedeeld in stappen. Je gaat steeds een stap verder. Je leert iets nieuws (bijvoorbeeld een nieuwe noot op een snaar) en gaat dan liedjes spelen om datgene wat je net hebt geleerd toe te passen in de praktijk. Enig minpuntje: Na verloop van tijd wordt het wel saai om alleen maar deze, soms kinderlijke, liedjes te spelen. Het is dus wel een aanrader om ook een "speelboek" aan te schaffen.
