The duet builds to an exciting and dramatic conclusion that will appeal to both audiences and performers. The secondo and primo parts are equal in difficulty and share melodic ideas. Commissioned by the Northwest Suburban Music Teachers Association of Illinois, it honors the memory of an active member for her many years of service to the organization.
