It is often very difficult to find polyphonic material for trumpet for anyone who is looking for. The present edition would help to minimize that problem by presenting teaching material for trumpet quartets. So besides individual instruction also ensemble playing with its unique requirements on rhythmic feeling, hearing and playing technique could be promoted. Rock, Samba, Blues and Ragtime are the styles of the compositions for four trumpets. A particular focus is besides catchy melodies on rhythm. With the pieces the rhythmic feeling can be developed and consolidated. The degree of difficulty is moderate and the arrangements can be played by pupils of the third and fourth grade.
