Shipping
The Netherlands:
When the ordered items are in stock and you have ordered before 17:00 (ordered on a working day) it will be shipped the same day. When the items are not in stock you will notice this on the product page. If some of the items are not available from stock then you can choose to wait untill everything is complete or to send what’s available, Any remaining items that need to be shipped in a second delivery won’t be charged any extra shipping costs.
Standard package: € 2.50
There are a few exceptions, an item like a music stand or a special format book will cost € 6,95 to deliver. You will norice this while ordering.
When the order does not exceed the amount of 10 Euro the shipping costs will be € 3,50.
If you have ordered an item that is free of delivery charge (indicated with this item), the entire order will be shipped without a delivery charge. For teachers we have special arrangements for discount and delivery charges.
Europe:
Mailbox Package: € 7.50
Too large for the mailbox: € 14.95
Deliveries outside of The Netherlands will be shipped as one package as soon as all items are available.
Other countries:
Mailbox Package: € 15.00
Too large for the mailbox: € 20.00
